This page is the pillar of the software. To begin, select a customer from the Bill To dropdown box. Next, select a contact for Attention to section in the invoice.
Now, select a service and service ID.
The due date is calculated depending on the customer’s payment terms which can be edited on the customer page.
Now, select a service and service ID. If your service is based on time, enter hours and days. Otherwise leave that section empty. Enter the total unit in the Total box. and then click the Plus sign.
Currently you can enter only 7 line items. In future, we may increase the line items count.
Once the line items are added, you can write notes for your own use or notes that appear on the invoice. Once you ready, click the Generate button.
Created invoices can be seen in the Invoice Manager page. From here you can manage the invoices: Print, Edit, Create PDF, or Send Email to the customer contact.
